At ORA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as seamless as our silhouettes.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all ORA tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
